Job Description : Support Flavour Business in New Business Generation through proper use of application resources in India. Main focus for self on Bakery and Confectionery Applications – Flavour Business Unit – India

Desired Experience : 1 Year

Desired Skills : 

  1. Learn Flavor Bank; evaluation & selection techniques for relevant projects
  2. Gain recipe & process knowledge in assigned category
  3. Able to operate & maintain lab experimental equipment & pilot equipment
  4. Build awareness of operating within given project parameters. i.e. GRA legislation, CIU, etc.
  5. Introduction & able to operate in IFFman, labeling systems, etc.
  6. Work on the assigned tasks under guidance
  7. Understand coordination for incoming projects
  8. Listening, informing, communicating & generally interacting with relevant project team members
  9. Understand broad business strategy, including core technology strength, areas for ongoing technology development, customer segmentation
  10. Understand the Food Technologist’s role, how it fits & contributes to the business
  11. Learn the role of other functions and the connections in-between (production, quality control, sales & marketing, sensory & consumer insights, GRA etc.)
  12. Enjoys working hard and is full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging
  13. Not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning
  14. Provides the information people need to know to do their jobs
